Managing the roll-out of the new visual identity, providing support and advice to 140 structures (faculties, departments, laboratories). Supervision, creation and monitoring of teams in the design of editorial, office automation, web, digital and signage tools.  Consultancy and communication around the institution's image: conferences, training for staff and external agencies, supervision of major communications campaigns, management and distribution of the online charter.
