"Comparative Party Systems"
eConcordia & Concordia University | 2025
Visual & interactive design of an online undergraduate course introducing students to the academic study of political parties and party systems.
Through a dynamic model, sample models, video animations and an engaging game developed in collaboration with the teams at eConcordia, students immerse themselves in the study of party behaviour from various theoretical perspectives, including historical, sociological and institutional ones.
The topics covered include the number of parties, electoral systems, party funding, the selection of leaders, and the formation and stability of governments. Specific case studies are selected from both established and emerging democracies.
