“GEN AI QUICKSTART: FOUNDATIONS FOR FACULTY“

Artistic Direction & Graphic Design for an Interactive Training 
Visual and interactive design with the eConcordia team to developed a series of nine tailored, short modules to understand and explore GenAI. Those micromodules address the concrete needs expressed by McGill and Concordia Universities communities.
At Concordia and McGill Universities, individual conversations with faculty, faculty discussion groups, and formal and informal faculty surveys have revealed awareness of the significance of generative AI and keen interest in the topic. However, significant gaps in foundational knowledge and skills are self-identified by a majority of faculty who often state that they have not yet had the time to learn enough on the topic to guide their thinking and/or use.  The modules can be completed in any order at any pace and revisited as needed. They are intended as a starting point.The modules are open educational resources that can be used and adapted by others.
